Mr. Larry Brown, the son of the Late Mr. Willie Brown and Mrs. Loretha Shird Brown was born in Florence County, SC on July 20, 1956. He made heaven his resting place on Sunday September 8, 2013 at the McLeod Hospital in Florence, SC
Larry received his education in the Florence County, SC Public Schools, and that’s where he met the love of his life. He was a member of the Aimwell Missionary Baptist Church in Pamplico, SC
He was loved by anyone who came in contact with him. His kindness and selflessness touched many people. He was truly a man to be remembered. No matter what anyone needed from him, if he was able to fulfill it, he did.
For many years, Larry worked on the farm faithfully with Roger Moore. Briefly following that he started working at Florence School District 3 for over 13 years, which is where he retired from 2012. Anyone who knew he was a dedicated and hard worker.
He leaves to cherish his precious and everlasting memories: a loving, loyal, and devoted wife: Mrs. Easter M. Brown, of the home, Two children: Larry J. Brown of the home and Ms. Elizabeth L. Brown of Johnsonville, SC a special son he considered his own: Mr. Robert E. Calloway of Myrtle Beach, SC one brother Willie Brown, Jr. Five sisters: Mrs. Lorine ( Ricky ) Reese , Mrs. Jeanette Shird , Ms. Donna Shird all of Pamplico, SC, Mrs. Evon May of Coward, SC and Mrs. Felicia ( Alonzo ) Jones of Florence, SC. Four granddaughters: Miss Precious J. Calloway, Miss Angel L. Calloway, Little Miss Shanya D. Calloway of the home And Little Miss Jalaya Z. Gore of Myrtle Beach, SC A special step granddaughter: Miss Alexis Calloway of Florence, SC A very special and dear friend: Mr. David R. Creel of Pamplico, SC . Six sisters- in- laws, two brother – in- laws , a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends .
