Obituary
Annie Lee Eaddy-Gregory oldest daughter Of the late Joseph and Gertrude Eaddy was born November 19, 1942 in Johnsonville S.C. She entered eternal rest Sunday, July 27, 2014. Annie attended the Florence County Public Schools. Annie joined St. Mark A.M.E. Church at an early age.
Annie was joined in holy matrimony to the late Jessie Gregory.
In 1962 Annie and Jessie moved to Bridgeport, CT. While residing in Bridgeport she joined St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, later moved her membership to Christ Miracle, Inc. and then joined Christ Redeemer Missionary Baptist Church. For several years she worked for Stop and Shop Dunkin Donut in Trumbull, CT.
After many years living in CT, Annie decided to moved back home (Pamplico, S.C.) and joined Pee Dee Baptist Church. She was very content to be back home and vow to never leave again.
Annie leaves to cherish her memory, her two daughters: Beverly Gregory-Jones, Bridgeport, CT and Tracy Ann Gardner, Pamplico S.C. Two granddaughters: Kalisha and Laneisha Fogle, Bridgeport, CT. Four grandsons: Dajuan Gregory and Tajuan Fogle, Calvin Jones, Jr. and Andre Jones of Bridgeport, CT.
Eleven great grandchildren: Danaiy’sha, Dajuan Jr.,Dai’jon, Daivon Gregory, Martin Figueroa III, Taylor Gonzalez, Tanara and Tariya Fogle, Cierra, Samaji, Amari Jones of Bridgeport, CT. Two brothers: Joseph (Elizabeth) Eaddy, Jr. of Paterson, New Jersey, Louis Eaddy, Arbutus, Maryland. Eight sisters; Madge(Milton)Stokes, Prospect Park, New Jersey, Hazel Cain, Everlee Eaddy, Earlee Green of Bridgeport, CT, Clara(Donald)Smith, Bennettsville, S.C., Ruby(Clyde)Barden, Cora Fleming, Sarah(Tony)Robinson of Pamplico, S.C. God-Sister Onetha Profit, Orangeburg, SC. One aunt: Sarah Ann Williamson of Columbia, SC.: One uncle, Sam Green of Florence, SC and a host of nieces, nephew and cousins. She was predeceased by herlate husband, Jessie Gregory and her parents, Joseph and Gertrude Eaddy, brother, PFC. Ishmael Eaddy, niece, Shirley Stokes, nephews: Derek Tyrone Cain, Joseph Eaddy, Jr.III, George Henry Fleming and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
