Mrs. Rosa H Brown was born on March 10, 1920 in Greensboro, North Carolina. She was raised by the late Elijah and Florence Jenkins. She departed her life on February 5, 2015 in Florence, South Carolina after an illness.

Mrs. Rosa H Brown was united in holy matrimony to the late James Brown and to this union 16 children were born.

She became and was a faithful memeber of Greater Grace Tabernacle of Lake City at an early age. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend to all in the community. She was a housekeeper for Susan & Bob Brown and Sharon Coleman for over 40 years. She was a loving and caring person who would do anything she could to help others. She was and will always be "The Rock" of the family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, step parents, eight children, and a special step sister Pearl Jenkins.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Daughters: Jaine Mae Pyett of the home, Rose Ann (Roy) Daniels of Pamplico, SC., Betty Mae Brown of Pamplico, SC., and Alice Mae Pyett of Pamplico, SC.; Stepdaughters Janie Graham of Florence, SC & Frances Graham of Johnsonville, SC Sons: Willie Brown of Pamplico, SC., Willis Brown of Pamplico, SC., William Brown of Pamplico, SC., and Elijah Brown of Pamplico, SC. Over 50 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
